Shipping & Collection Policy

Fresh Flowers, Bouquets, Flower Buckets & Other Pickup Products

Fresh flowers, bouquets, flower buckets and products marked as pickup only are available for collection from Little Miss Bloom Farm in Guanaba, Gold Coast.

These products are not available for delivery or postage. Orders are generally ready for collection within 24 hours. You will receive notification when your order is ready, along with the relevant collection information.

Please wait until you receive your ready-for-pickup notification before coming to the farm.

Dahlia Tuber Orders

Our annual dahlia tuber sale generally takes place during June–July. Tubers purchased during the sale are reserved for you and are not shipped immediately after purchase.

We carefully store and prepare the tubers over winter, with dispatch generally taking place during September–Octoberwhen they are ready for their new homes.

The exact timing may vary slightly depending on seasonal conditions and tuber readiness. We will keep customers informed if there are any significant changes to the expected dispatch period.

Dahlia Tuber Shipping

Dahlia tuber orders are shipped within eligible areas of Australia at a flat rate of $20 per order.

Due to biosecurity restrictions, we currently do not ship dahlia tubers to Western Australia, Tasmania or the Northern Territory.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information where available.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your tuber order. As several months may pass between ordering and dispatch, please contact Little Miss Bloom Farm if your address changes before your tubers are sent.
